This is my friend Andrew Anderson in a spread for U magazine. I haven't heard too much about U mag, so I got to do my research, but the photography and the clothes are sick. He's doing some really quality work these days. I'm very proud of him, so I had to give a shout out.

Here's a picture of me at Topshop on Broadway & Broome this past Monday photographed by La Vie Est Belle himself, Rodriguez J. From one daydreamer to another, this guy is ready to take over the world and I can did it. I have the similar thoughts in mind.

So Topshop is great. Really affordable and trendy stuff. The men accessories are the best, I picked up a couple of bracelets on my stop by, but it was a tough decision when looking at the glasses, belts, suspenders, necklaces, and earrings. Too mad my ears aren't pierced.

Pass the smarties

There is a new fad going around amongst elementary and middle school kids involving "smoking smarties." Here's a youtube video giving the step by step process.

Children from across the country have been seriously reprimanded for smoking smarties in school, with consequences like detention and in a couple of cases suspension. School faculty and parents fear that smoking smarties may cause health problems.  They also fear that it could be the gateway to encouraging smoking cigarettes.

I personally believe that its a complete over-reaction. We have to remember that its only candy not actual tobacco. That little boy does it a little too well though, looks like he's smoking something else and I'm talking about cigs. I want to try it myself though, looks fun. Remember the bubble gum cigarettes from the ice cream? It kind of reminds me of that. What do you think?

On Top of your Game

Topshop/Topman just opened its first store in the US, of course in New York City. The grand opening was April 2nd. I would have gone but I had class.
